IT Consulting Services
We provide a wide spectrum of services and resources in various software/hardware environments and platforms. They include, client server environments, mainframes, desktop PC’s, enterprise networks and various other topologies. Software development includes many applications, databases, operating systems and programming languages. We also provide system architecture, design and system analysis as well as testing and technical writing to complete the systems development lifecycle.
Individual Contributors – Trilogy staff provides consulting and technical support on client projects and supplement client staff with specific technical/business skills. In most cases they follow client software development methodologies and practices.
Teams – A team is comprised of Trilogy technical staff that have been contracted to support the total lifecycle of a client project or focus on a specific area such as coding or testing. Our team reports to a dedicated client manager for oversight, tasking and direction. In most cases, ultimate responsibility and control remains with the client. When necessary, Trilogy will provide a manager to oversee our workforce.
Project Management – Trilogy provides project management capabilities to our clients if requested in order to manage projects more efficiently and effectively.
Our PM’s have strong skills and proven experience in taking projects from inception to completion within budget and agreed upon delivery schedules.
Permanent Placement
Trilogy can deliver highly qualified IT resources to our clients for full-time positions. We have a very large proprietary candidate database of personnel with diverse skills in various technical environments. These services can either be as a direct hire or contract to hire. We work closely with our clients to customize an approach that meets their hiring needs in this area. |
